摘要
为完善六线鱼的人工繁殖理论,采用石蜡切片,HE组织染色方法研究了性成熟野生大泷六线鱼的精巢结构和精巢发育的周年变化过程。结果表明,大泷六线鱼精巢为典型的小叶型结构,精小叶间有间质细胞(Leydigs cell),小叶内有支持细胞(Sertolis cell)及精小囊结构,其精巢的周年发育历程可分为:重复发育Ⅲ期,精子形成Ⅳ期,精子成熟Ⅴ期和退化吸收Ⅵ期。8月下旬开始生精活动的启动,生殖季节为11月至翌年1月份,2~4月份为退化吸收期,5~7月份为重复发育Ⅲ期。
In this paper, to develop theory and methods for controlled reproduction, the structure and annual changes of development of Hexagrammos otakii testis were studied by paraffin slice and histological staining techniques. The results show that the spermary of Hexagrammos otakii is of lobular type. The non-germinal cells, both Leydig and Sertoli cells, were observed in testes of Hexagrammos otakii. The testis development at the age of sex maturity could be divided into the following stages= (1) the recovery stage (Ⅲ); (2) the spermiogenesis stage (Ⅳ) ; (3) the maturity stage ( Ⅴ ) ; (4) the stage after spawning ( Ⅵ ). It begins spermatogenesis in late August. Its reproductive period is from November to late January , stage Ⅵ is from February to April and stage Ⅲ is from May to July.
