摘要
鱼类精子的低温冷冻保存不仅对于鱼类养殖,而且对于鱼类资源保护和遗传改良都具有重要意义.一些鱼类物种特异的精子冷冻方案已经建立.本文就鱼类精子低温冷冻保存的基本原理、稀释液、抗冻剂、降温速率以及应用作一简要评述.
Cryopreservation of fish sperm is of interest not only for fish breeding but also for the conservation and genetic improvement of resources.Specific protocols have been established for some fish species.This paper reviews the fundamental principle of fish sperm cryopreservation,the extenders and cryoprotectants,cooling rate and applications.
