摘要
对我国精神科病房实施开放式管理的方法、效果和问题进行综述。开放式管理可改善精神病病人的心理状态,提高临床疗效,改善其社会功能,提高生活质量,但存在自杀、出走等风险。今后应强化安全意识,建立、健全制度,完善开放式管理方法。
This article reviewed the methods,effect and problems of open - management for psychiatric ward in China. Open - management can improve patients＇ recovery,social function and quality of life. On the other hand,there are some risk factors of open - rnanagernent,such as suicide and escape. It is suggested to strengthen safety rnanagernent,rnodify rules and regulations and improve the methods of openmanagement for psychiatric patients.
