摘要
目的探讨综合医院开放式心理病房的设置、治疗方法及可行性。方法对住院病人进行分析。结果病种构成中以焦虑症及忧郁症居多,其次为心因性精神病、精神分裂症、分裂样精神病、心身疾病,获得理想的治疗效果。结论综合医院开设开放式心理病房是有效、可行和安全的。
Object Setup, therapy method and feasibility for on-limits sickrooms in polyclinic were studied. Method analysis was done on patients in hospital. Results In all, most are anxiety neurosis and depression,then psy- chogenic mental disorder, schizophrenia, schizophreniform psychosis, psychosomatic disorder. Good effects were got. Conclusion Setup of on-limits sickrooms in polyclinic was effective, feasible and safe.
