摘要
总结开放式精神科病房的护理管理经验,分析护理管理中存在的安全问题,并提出问题产生的原因,为制订安全管理对策提供依据。存在的主要安全问题为:病人和陪护家属的因素;基础设施的隐患;医护人员自身因素等。提出护理管理对策为:开放式病房各种制度的制订与执行;加强危险物品管理;规范病人及陪护家属的管理;提高护理人员的整体素质;开展丰富多彩的康复治疗及系统的健康教育;强化开放病房的安全管理;提高护理管理质量,确保病房安全。
Experiences on nursing management in open psychological ward were summarized and security management problems and their causes were analyzed to give evidence for making security management measures.Main factors caused security problem involved patient and their family,the hidden risk of basic facility and the doctor and nurses.Main measures included making and implementing security institutions,strengthening dangerous material management,standardizing patient and their family management,improving nurses＇ qualification,developing diversiform rehabilitation treatment and education,strengthening security management and promoting nursing quality to assure ward security.
