摘要
目的：深入探讨手术室护理的不安全因素，并提出相应的预防措施。方法：通过对科室的手术室护理进行回顾性分析．对护理过程中已知或潜在的不安全因素进行总结，结合科室实际情况提出有效的应对方法。结果：通过有针对性的培训提高护理人员的综合素质，强化安全意识和法制观念以及科学安排护理人员能够有效降低手术室护理中差错事故的发生率。结论：通过对手术室护理中各个不安全因素的分析进而制定防范措施，能够最大程度地保证患者的生命安全，临床意义重大。
Objective：To explore the unsafe factors of nursing in operation room and to put forward the corresponding preventive measures. Methods：Through retrospective analysis of operation room nursing process, the paper summarized the known or potential unsafe factors in the nursing process, and proposed the effective method to deal with the actual situation of the Department. Results ：To improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff, strengthen the safety awareness and legal concept and scientific arrangement of nursing staff can effectively reduce the incidence of errors in the operation room nursing. Conclusion：Through the analysis of the unsafe factors in nursing in operation room, the preventive measures, which can ensure the life safety of patients, is the most important.
