摘要
目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定排石利胆颗粒中龙胆苦苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Phenomenex synergi fusion C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(27:73),检测波长为270nm。结果:龙胆苦苷进样量在0.0896~1.4336μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为95.7%,RSD=0.93%(n=6)。结论:本法操作简便、快捷、准确,可用于排石利胆颗粒的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Gentiopcrin in Paishilidan granula. METHODS: The determination was performed on Phenomenex synergi fusion C18(150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(27 : 73) .The detection wavelength was set at 270nm. RESULTS: The linear range of Gentiopicrin was 0.089 6-1. 433 6μg( r = 0. 999 9), and its average recovery was 95.7% with RSD at 0.93% (n = 6). CONCLUSION: The method was proved to be simple, rapid and accurate, and suitable for the quality control of Paishilidan granula.
