摘要
目的:建立复方龙胆碳酸氢钠片中龙胆苦苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为美国XDBC18色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),流动相为乙腈-水-醋酸(20∶80∶1),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为270nm。结果:龙胆苦苷在20～100μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998;平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.17%。结论:该方法准确可靠、快速,可用于复方龙胆碳酸氢钠片的质量控制。
Objective： To established a method for determination of gentiopicroside in Compound Gentain and Sodium Bicarbonate Tablets. Methods： A HPLC method was established, the separation was performed on an XDB Cls column（5 μm, 250 mm×4.6 mm）, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-acetic acid （20：80：1） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm. Results： The linear range was within 20-100 μg/ml（r=0.999 8）, the average recovery rate was 99.6% with a RSD of 1.17%. Conclusion： The method is simple and reliable, and it can be used in the quality control of Compound Gentain and Sodium Bicarbonate Tablets.
