摘要
目的:建立排石利胆颗粒中龙胆苦苷的含量测定方法。方法:选用Kmmasil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm.5μm);以甲醇-水(22:78)为流动相;检测波长270 nm,流速1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:线性范围是0.106~0.950μg(r=0.999 8),平均回收率98.8%,RSD 1.3%。结论:此方法简便,快速,准确,可用于排石利胆颗粒中龙胆苦苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of gentiopicrin in Paishilidan granule. Method: C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,the methanol-water(22: 78)was used as mobile phase and detection wavelength was at 270 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml· min-1 Result: The linear range was 0.11 -0.95 μg( r = 0.999 8) ,and the average recovery was 98.8% with RSD 1.3 %. Conclusion: This method is simple, quick and accurate and can be used for quality control of Paishilidan granule.
