反相高效液相色谱法同时测定注射用氨苄西林钠氯唑西林钠中2组分的含量 被引量:2

Simultaneously Determination of 2 Components in Ampicillin Sodium/Cloxacillin Sodium for Injection RP-HPLC

摘要 目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法同时测定注射用氨苄西林钠氯唑西林钠中氨苄西林和氯唑西林含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为LBondapak C18,流动相为乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(7:93),流速为1.0mL·min^-1检测波长为225nm,柱温为25℃。结果:氨苄西林和氯唑西林检测浓度分别在45~134μg·mL^-1和44~131μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9995),平均回收率分别为99.7%(RSD=0.60%)和101.3%(RSD=0.58%)。结论:本方法简单、快速、准确,适用于该注射剂的质量控制。 OBJECTIVE: To determine ampicillin and cloxacillin in ampicillin sodium/ cloxacillin sodium for injection simultaneously by RP-HPLC. METHODS: The determination was performed on LBondapak C18, and the mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer(7 : 93) at a flow rate of 1.0mL· min ^-1. The detection wavelength was 225nm and the column temperature was 25℃. RESULTS: The linear ranges of ampicillin and cloxacillin were 45-134μg·mL^-1 and 44-131μg·mL^-1( r = 0.999 5), respectively, with recovery rates at 99.7% (RSD = 0.60% ) and 101.3% (RSD : 0.58% ), respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and suitable for the quality control of ampicillin sodium/cloxacillin sodium for injection.
