摘要
胜利油田的复杂潜山油藏地层埋藏深、地质年代跨度大,裂缝孔洞发育,压力体系复杂,可钻性差,导致机械钻速低,复杂情况多,油气层伤害严重等问题。通过优化井身结构、使用高效能钻头和应用防斜打快技术等,有效地提高了钻井速度和井身质量。采用无固相聚合醇钻井液,泡沫、充气技术,微裂缝复合暂堵以及欠平衡技术等,能够有效保护和准确评价复杂潜山储层。通过改变水泥浆性能和水泥浆胀封管外封隔器等工艺,有效克服了固井过程中的水泥浆漏失,满足了分层开采及酸化压裂的需要。提出利用欠平衡水平井和分支井技术提高钻探效果的建议。
The complex buried hill reservoir in Shengli oilfield has so many problems such as deep buried depth of formation, large span of geologic era, growth of fracture, complexity of pressure system and poor drillability, which result in low penetration rate, many complex situations and serious pollution of hydrocarbon zone, etc. The drilling rate can be increased and the quality of well bore be improved efficiently by optimizing casing programme, using high efficiency drilling bit and applying deviation control & fast drilling technique. The complex buried hill reservoir can be protected efficiently and evaluated correctly by using solid-free polymeric alcohol drilling fluid and the technology of foam, aeration and transient compound sealing of micro-fracture. The loss of cement milk during cementing course can be controlled by changing the performance of cement milk and outer packer of cement milk expansion tube which meet the need of separate zone production and acid fracturing. Some suggestions on utilizing technique of underbalanced horizontal well and multilateral well were put forward to improve the effects of drilling & exploration.
