摘要
在高陡构造等易斜地层进行垂直钻井时,如何实现防斜打快的理想目标,是目前石油工程领域的重大技术难题之一。简要讨论了传统静力学防斜理论和技术的局限性,进而阐明了动力学防斜打快理论的基本概念与技术要点。在此基础上,较详细地讨论了光钻铤大钻压、偏心“刚柔”钻具组合等动力学防斜打快技术理论及其应用情况, 同时分析了井下动力钻具复合旋转钻井方式的优越性,并简要介绍了国外自动垂直钻井系统的发展概况。
While drilling a vertical well in a high steep formation where exists a tendency to make wellbore go off its course, how to rapidly drilling without angle is one of the major technical challenges in current petroleum engineering. This paper briefly discusses theoretical and technical limitations of traditional static mechanics in preventing well path from deviating, and further basic concepts and technical considerations while using dynamics to do this. In addition, vertical-rapid theories and applications of two eccentric rigid-flexible BHAs-smooth drill collars with high WOB-are described in detail. The paper also analyzes advantages of rotary drilling combined with downhole motors and briefly presents advances of the automatic vertical drilling system applied outside China.
