尾管回接固井技术在渤海油田潜山气藏开发中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 采用尾管回接技术开发潜山气藏在渤海油田尚属首次,潜山地层温压条件复杂,产气量大,回接后的井筒完整性面临挑战,必须确保尾管回接的可靠性与回接后的固井质量。阐述了潜山气井中尾管回接技术的作业难点;介绍了尾管回接装置和回插风险预案;对高温气井固井水泥浆配方进行了说明;介绍了该技术在BZ19-6区域首口开发井上的施工作业。应用情况表明,尾管回接一次性到位,固井质量优良,展现了良好的应用前景。该研究成果对尾管回接技术在渤海油田的推广应用具有指导意义。 It is the first time to develop buried hill gas reservoir with liner tie-back cementing technology in Bohai oilfield. The temperature and pressure conditions of buried hill formation are complex and its gas production is large. The refore wellbore integrity after liner tie back is facing challenges. It is necessary to ensure the reliability of liner tie back and the cementing quality after liner tie back. The operation difficulties of liner tie back technology in buried hill gas wells are described;The liner tie back device and back insertion risk plan are introduced;The improvement of the formula of cementing slurry for high temperature gas wells is explained;The construction operation of this technology on the first development well in BZ19-6 block is introduced. The practical application shows that the liner tie back is in place at one time and the cementing quality is excellent, which shows a good application prospect of liner tie back technology. The research results have guiding significance for the popularization and application of liner tie back technology in Bohai oilfield.
