摘要 深层页岩气纯度高、储量大,是我国重要的替代能源,缓解了我国近年以来的能源压力。但是在页岩气开采的固井行业中,深处地层的超高温度容易引起固井流体性能恶化甚至失效,最终导致页岩气井无法正常生产,造成巨额的能源及经济损失,因此需要固井流体具有较高的抗温性能,抵抗深层恶劣环境对固井流体的不利影响。这里从深层高温页岩气固井流体抗高温材料入手,综述了目前深层页岩气井常用的抗高温清洗液、抗高温固井水泥浆技术,并对深层页岩气固井流体的发展方向进行了展望。 Deep shale gas has high purity and large reserves, is an important alternative energy in China, which relieves the energy pressure in recent years. However, in the cementing industry of shale gas exploitation, the ultra-high temperature in deep formation is easy to cause the performance deterioration or even failure of cementing fluid, which eventually leads to the failure of normal production of shale gas wells, resulting in huge energy and economic losses. Therefore, it is necessary for the cementing fluid to have high temperature resistance and resist the adverse impact of deep bad environment on cementing fluid. In this paper, starting from the high temperature resistant materials of deep shale gas cementing fluid, the common high temperature resistant cleaning fluid and high temperature cement slurry technology commonly used in deep shale gas wells were summarized, and the development direction of deep shale gas cementing fluid was prospected.
