摘要
空气钻井技术是提高钻井速度、缩短钻井周期的一项实用性技术。但是,空气钻井技术也有缺点,井斜、地层出水、井壁不稳定等问题几乎成为它发展的瓶颈。文中从地层特征、钻具组合、井眼扩大等影响因素着手分析了井斜产生的原因,从井身结构、施工操作、测斜工具、钻具组合等方面提出了防斜的一些改进措施。此外,介绍了井斜发生时采用的纠斜工艺,分析了一些油田所使用的防斜技术,并对取得的成果进行对比,最终得出控斜的部分结论。
Air drilling is considered as a practicability technology, which can improve the drilling rate and shorten the drilling period. But the technology itself has some defects, such as borehole deviation, producing of formation water, borehole wall instability and so on. These defects almost blocked the development of drilling technology. This thesis analyzed the factors of affecting borehole deviation from the respects of formation features, make up of string, borehole enlargement. And it proposed some suggestions for preventing wellbore deviation according to borehole configuration, drilling operation, deviational survey tool, make up of string. In addition, the thesis also introduces the well straightening method when the borehole deviation emerges. Then, it analyzes the deviation control technology used by some oilfields and compares the obtained results. Finally some conclusions for controlling borehole deviation are obtained.
