摘要
新疆发展特色经济,对大力发展新疆民族餐业这一特色经济有巨大的发展潜力与空间,发展新疆民族特色餐饮具有对资源依赖小,投资少,安置就业多的特点。本文就新疆民族餐饮业的比较优势及其未能充分发挥利用的原因进行分析,并提出策略选择。
Developing special economy in Xinjiang has great potential and space in further developing the ethical catering trade in Xinjiang. Developing Xinjiang ethical catering trade shows the characteristics of little relying on resources, low investment and high job providing. The thesis analyzes the comparative advantages of Xinjiang ethical catering trade and the reasons for non full use of these advantages. At the same time it also proposes some strategic selections.
