摘要
目的探讨瘦素(Leptin)在原发性肝癌组织表达及血管生成中的作用。方法应用免疫组化法检测76例肝癌组织及53例癌旁组织制成的组织芯片中Leptin、肿瘤内微血管密度(MVD)、CD105、细胞核增殖抗原Ki67的表达及其相关关系。结果肝癌组织细胞中Leptin的表达低于癌旁组织,Leptin表达与肝癌的分化程度无明显相关关系(r=0.380,P>0.05),与MVD、CD105、Ki67呈负相关关系(r=-0.323、-0.309、-0.309,P<0.05)。结论Leptin可能抑制肝癌的血管生成及肝癌细胞的增殖。
Objective To investigate the expression of leptin and its role in angiogenesis in primary liver cancer. Methods The expression of leptin, MVD, CD105 and Ki67 were examined immunohistochemically and tissue microarray technique in 76 hepatoma tissue samples and 53 paraneoplastic tissue samples. Results The expression of leptin in hepatoma tissue was lower than that in paraneoplastic and was not significantly correlated with the differentiation of the cancer (r=0. 380). Leptin was negatively correlated with MVD (r= -0. 323), CD105 (r= -0. 309) and Ki67 (r=-0. 282). Conclusion The results suggest that leptin may inhibit angiogenesis and proliferation of hepatoma.
