摘要 目的探讨leptin在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床病理学意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测30例良性病变及150例乳腺癌组织中leptin蛋白的表达。结果 leptin在乳腺癌中的阳性表达(45.3%)显著高于乳腺增生病的表达(20%),二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且Leptin的表达与Ki67增殖指数呈正相关(P<0.05);乳腺癌中有淋巴结转移组Leptin表达与无淋巴结转移组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);leptin的表达与乳腺癌的组织学类型、肿瘤体积、TNM分期等无相关性。结论 Leptin的检测可作为乳腺癌诊断的实验室指标,对乳腺癌的诊断和预后的评价有重要价值,对治疗方案的选择有重要的指导意义。 Objective To detect the expressions of leptin in breast cancer and to explore its clinical signiticance. Methods The expression of leptin was detected in 150 cases of breast cancer and 30 cases of benign mammary hyperplasic by immunohistochemical methods. Results Significantly higher leptin expression was found in the breast cancer (45.3%) than in benign mammary hyperplasic (20%). There was a statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05) ,and the expression of leptin was correlated with a high Ki67 labeling index(P 〈0.05). There were statisti- cally differences between the breast cancer with and without lymph node metastasis(P 〈0.05 ). The leptin was not correlated with the histological types, TNM stages and size of breast cancer( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions Leptin can be regarded as a marker for diagnosis of breast cancer and can be used for judging the prognosis of breast cancer. It could provide a new idea in the treatment of breast cancer.
