激励是人力资源管理的重要内容.论述了电力企业在薪酬分配、绩效管理、个人发展、岗位竞争等方面提高员工积极性、建立健全激励机制的有效途径,提出了激励在实际运用中的技巧和做法.
The incentive mechanism is an important content of human resource management. This thesis focuses on the effective method of the power corporation improving the staff enthusiasm, setting up and perfecting the incentive mechanism in salary distribution, personal development and post competition. In addition, it puts forward of incentive in practical application.
