摘要
瑞典教育学家胡森对"平等"和"机会"分别进行界说,分析教育面前机会均等的概念,认为因哲学观不同教育平等观念依次经历了保守主义、自由主义和新概念的阶段。同时提出起点、中介性阶段和最后目标的三种平等涵义及其相对应的社会价值,形成了效率优先的起点平等论、公平优先的过程平等论和突出个性发展的结果平等论三种理论形态。胡森的教育平等观较为全面而深刻,蕴涵了唯物辩证法思想,概括了现代教育的一些新探索,对现代教育改革与发展意义重大。
Torsten Husen, the Sweden educationist, respectively commented the notions of "equality" and "opportunity" then he analyzed the conception of equality of educational opportunity, and thought that the conception of educational equality has experienced the conservatism, liberalism and new conception stage because of diversity of philosophy viewpoints. He also brought forward three kinds of equal implications ( starting point, intermediary stage and final target), and their corresponding social value. Thereby, he formed three kinds of theory form: the starting point equality giving priority to efficiency, process equality giving priority to equity and the result equality outstanding individuality development. Torsten Husen ' s idea of educational equity is com- paratively comprehensive and profound, implicates materialistic dialectics thoughts and summarizes a few new explorations of modem education, which is significant to reform and develop modem education.
