摘要
比较中西方高教质量观发现:中西方对高教质量的不同理解,既是高教发展不同阶段的反映,又折射出影响高等教育质量的力量变化。我国高教发展正处在由整体向不同类、群分化的阶段,而西方国家的大学个体开始成为了自身质量标准的制定者;我国目前影响高等教育质量的最强大力量仍是国家(政府),但学生和市场的声音也已出现,而西方国家不同利益相关者甚至学生个体都在对西方高等教育的质量产生影响。
This essay compares the different quality views of higher education between China and the West , and concludes that： First, the different quality views of higher education reflect the different developing stage of higher education ; Second, the force influencing higher education is changing both in China and the West. Instead of single force or local force in the past centuries, the west higher education is in a multi - force time . While in China, though the government is still the strongest one , students and market are try to make influence on the quality of higher education.
