摘要
简述了大力实施人才强校战略的意义,叙述了构建人才队伍建设管理长效机制,推进人才强校战略的重要性和紧迫性,提出了构建8个方面的管理长效机制,目的在于形成积极向上的高层次人才集聚高地,不断推进高校人才队伍建设,为建设富强民主文明和谐的社会主义现代化强国不断输送高素质的建设者和接班人。
The importance and urgency of establishing a long-effect mechanism of talents development and management and promoting the strategy of developing the university by talents are expounded. Setting up eight aspects of the long-effect mechanism of management is proposed in order to form an active upward high-level talents accumulation highland, and accelerate talents development at colleges and universities, so as to provide high quality builders and successors to build a rich, powerful, democratic, civilized and harmonious socialist modernized country.
