创新农业科研单位的人才工作需要提高对"创新"的再认识。针对农业科研单位人才工作的特点,提出创新农业科研单位人才工作的4项措施及创新农业科研单位人才工作需要谨防的几个误区。
The development of agricultural research institutions enhances the importance of the ability of Chinese agricultural development. Innovation of the talents work is the key to the development of agricultural research institutions. This article focuses on how to innovate the talents work of agricultural research institutions. From the political responsibility and historic mission angle, the perspective of the concept of the importance of the work of innovative talents work, the characteristics of talents work in agricultural institutions, raise four measures. And analyze several errors in innovations of the talents work in agricultural research institutions.
