摘要
高职院校在推行对学生实施人性化管理的进程中,建立人性化的教学体系十分必要。人性化的教学体系包括人性化的教学管理制度,人性化的教学方法,人性化的教学手段和人性化的教学评价体系。
It is essential for higher vocational colleges to establish humanized teaching system during the process of carrying out the humanized management for the students. The teaching system includes humanized system in teaching management, teaching methods, teaching means and teaching evaluation system.
