摘要
从博奕的角度分析了高校外语教师兼职现象形成的原因及其利弊,提出了加强激励,增强教师的成就感,做好教师兼职的疏导工作等改进高校外语教师管理的相应对策。
The causes, advantages and disadvantages of the foreign language teachers in university who have part-time job are analyzed from the point of the Game Theory. Some corresponding strategies to improve the management of foreign language teacher in universities are provided, Such as strengthening the encouragement to the teacher, building up teacher's fulfillment, and making the leading to teachers who have part-time job, etc.
