摘要
运用专家访谈、问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计和典型调查法 ,对高校体育教师参与社会兼职、社会体育服务、第二职业进行分析研究。研究结果认为 :高校体育师资队伍呈现出一个动态系统 ;体育教师具有多种才能 ,呈多元化发展的格局 ;树立新观念 ,扩展体育教师发展的空间 ;深化高校体育改革 ,走内涵发展的道路 ;建立新机制 ,主动适应新形势的要求。
By consulting literature, surveying questionnaires, visiting experts, applying mathematical statistics and investigating typical cases the participation of the PE teachers of colleges and universities in social part-time jobs and physical educational services as well as their second professions were analyzed and studied. It was suggested that there appear to be a dynamic system in the troop of PE teachers. They are of multiple talents and are developing in multiple ways. Therefore, new concepts should be set and the space in which they can develop should be widened. Physical education reform in colleges and universities should be deepened and new mechanism should be established so as to meet the needs of the new situation.
