摘要
蜂胶是蜜蜂从不同的植物上采集到的一种天然的活性物质,含有黄酮类、多酚类、酶类、氨基酸类、维生素类及矿物质等化学成分,具有抗病毒、抗氧化和增强免疫等保健功能。介绍了蜂胶的化学成分,对蜂胶的保健功能和蜂胶的应用前景进行了综述。
Propolis is one kind of natural active substance collected by honeybees from various plant sources, the chemical ingredients mainly include flavones, polyphenol, enzymes, amino acid, vitamin and mineral, etc, and propolis has a number of healthcare functions, such as antivirus, antioxidation and enhance immunity, etc. In this paper, the chemical ingredients was introduced, the heahhcare function and the application of the propolis were summarized, finally, the prospect in the application of the propolis was reviewed.
