摘要
蜂胶是西方蜜蜂从植物幼芽或树干损伤处采集的树脂,并混入其上颚腺的分泌物和蜂蜡等加工而成的一种具有芳香气味的胶状物质。蜂胶的化学成分复杂,生物学活性广泛。创伤修复作用作为蜂胶的重要生物活性之一,很早就被人们发现和应用。随着研究的逐步深入,蜂胶促进创伤修复作用也逐渐受到人们的关注。本文从创面再上皮化、肉芽形成、伤口收缩以及细胞外基质生成四个方面对近年来蜂胶及其提取物对创(烧)伤修复作用的相关研究及其促创伤修复作用的可能机制进行了综述,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望,以期为蜂胶创伤修复作用的进一步研究提供参考。
Propolis is a gelatinous substance with aromatic odor. It is a mixture of resin collected by Apis mellifera from plant shoots or trunk lesions, mandibular gland secretions and beeswax. Propolis has complex chemical compositions and extensive biological activities, one of which is improving wound healing discovered long time ago. With new advances in research,the effect of propolis on wound healing has gradually come to focus. In this article, recent advance in under- standing propolis＇ effect on wound （burn） healing as well as its probable mechanism, covering re-epithelization, granu- lation formation, wound contraction and extracellular matrix generation were reviewed. In addition, future research directions were suggested for colleagues in the field.
