摘要
建立了AMT离合器接合过程的五自由度动力学模型,建立了离合器状态转化逻辑真值表,对离合器的接合过程进行了稳定性分析,并在MATLAB/SIMULINK中进行了仿真。稳态分析和动态仿真结果说明,在离合器接合过程中,当离合器摩擦系数变化率趋于负值时,系统接合过程不稳定,出现自激振动,同时离合器接合压力的波动也会增加自激振动的可能性,最后为离合器的优化和控制提出了合理建议。
We establish the 5 DOF dynamics model during automatic mechanical transmission's (AMT) clutch engagement, develop the truth table for the shift of clutch status, analyze the stability during clutch engagement and simulate the engagement using MATLAB/SIMULINK. The stability analysis and simulation results indicate that the negative gradient of clutch friction coefficients induces instability and self-excited vibration, and the engagement pressure fluctuation increases the possibility of self-excited vibration.
