摘要
基于旋转轴向式起动机单向离合器的结构和工作原理,建立了其启动过程的数学模型和MATALB/Simulink仿真模型,并进行实验,实验结果验证了数学模型和仿真模型的正确性。在此基础上分析得出了这种离合器的结构参数对其启动特性的影响规律,为了提高这种离合器的启动性能:启动角加速度应尽可能大,但其受限于启动电机的特性;螺旋花键轴花键的螺旋角有最优值;回位弹簧刚度和预压缩量越小离合器启动特性越好,考虑实际工况,可以得到最优值。
This paper analyzed the structure and working principle of the rotation starter one-way clutch and established mathematical model,MATLAB/Simulink model and procecded experiments.As a result,the simulations agree well with experiments.Analysis based on the results to get the structural parameters influence rule on the starting-up character.In order to improve the starting characteristics of the clutch: the greater of the angular acceleration confined by the starter,the better;existent an optimum value of the helix angle;A smaller stiffness and pre-compression of the spring brings on a better performance.However,considering the actual situation,its value should be optimized.
