摘要
预埋槽道是综合管线支撑系统的重要受力部件,其力学性能对支撑系统的承载力有直接影响。本文设计了一种铝合金槽道产品,采用ABAQUS软件对设计构件进行数值仿真分析,研究截面形状及尺寸对结构力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:燕尾形槽道抗剪承载力及抗拉承载力均高于C形槽道;构件齿牙几何形状的改变对构件承载力有一定影响,当齿牙高度、间距一定时,构件抗剪承载力和抗拉承载力与槽道截面尺寸、翼缘厚度成正比。本文研究结果可为相关标准的制定提供依据,亦可指导实际工程设计。
Pre-buried channel is an important stressed component of the comprehensive pipeline support system,and its mechanical properties have a direct impact on the bearing capacity of the support system.This paper designed an aluminum alloy channel product.ABAQUS software was used for numerical simulation analysis of design components,and the influence of section shape and size on mechanical properties of structures was studied.The results show that the shear capacity and tensile capacity of dovetail channel are higher than that of C channel.Shear capacity and tensile capacity are directly proportional to the channel section size and flange thickness.
