摘要
为了提高自动机械变速器(AMT)车辆起步过程中的离合器自动控制效果,该文对传统的离合器自动控制策略进行了优化。基于起步过程中的动力传动系受力分析,结合实验数据,指出了AMT传统的起步过程难以兼顾平稳性和快捷性的控制难点。为此,进一步细化起步过程控制阶段,将滑摩阶段分为前后两段,优化了滑摩阶段后段的控制策略,提出分离离合器以减小同步点处冲击度的控制策略,实现了起步过程平稳性和快捷性的一致。实车实验验证了控制策略的可行性。
In order to enhance the effect of the clutch auto control for vehicles with automatic mechanical transmission(AMT),the traditional clutch control strategies are optimized.After analyzing the force change of the power train and the data of experimentation,the problem that the traditional clutch control strategy can not start vehicles smoothly and swiftly at the same time is pointed out.To solve the problem,the phases of start process are increased.The clutch sliding stage is divided into the front stage and the back stage.The control strategy of the back stage is optimized.The clutch is disengaged in the second clutch sliding stage to reduce the impact of the synchronization and make the vehicle start smoothly and swiftly.The method is validated through the vehicle test.
