摘要
目的:研究火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定微量全血中Zn、Cu、Ca、Fe、Mg含量的方法,探讨测定的最佳条件.方法:用0.5%的HNO3及0.1%SrCl2和0.1%的KCl作为稀释剂,按不同的体积比稀释血样,采用标准曲线法可测定全血中的Zn、Cu、Ca、Fe、Mg.结果:采用此方法回收率在96.0%~100.6%之间.结论:本方法简单、准确,结果令人满意.
Objective: Flame atomic absorption spectrometric method for direct determination of Zn、Cu、Ca、Fe、Mg in whole blood is studied in the paper. Methods: The blood sample after different - fold dilution is treated with 0.05% HNO3 or 0.1% SrCl2 and 0. 1%的KCl. The method is simple and rapid by calibration curve method. Results: The results show that recoveries of these microelements are between 96.0% to 100.6%. Conclusion :The result of the method is accurate and satisfactory.
