DETERMINATION OF NORMAL REFERENCE VALUES FOR TRACE WHOLE BLOOD COPPER BY THE METHOD OF FLAME ATOMIC ABSORPTION

摘要 [目的]制订火焰原子吸收法测定微量全血铜的正常参考值。[方法]综合均数加减标准差法与百分位数法并从诊断实际出发制订正常参考值。[结果]全血铜均数为15.7μmol/L,标准差为5.79。第5百分位全血铜值为7.69μmol/L,第10百分位为8.30μmol/L,第20百分位为10.28μmol/L。正常参考值下限定为10.28μmol/L时,其灵敏度达79.17%,特异度达87.50%,符合率为85.83%。[结论]以10.28μmol/L作为正常参考值下限为宜。 [ Objective ] To establish testing normal reference values for trace whole blood copper by using the method of Flame Atomic Absorption. [ Methods ] Adopted the methods of synthetic mean add or subtract standard deviation and percentile and diagnosed practical situation to establish normal references. [Results] Mean value and standard deviation of blood copper was 15.7umol/L and 5.79, respectively. The 5th percentile of the blood copper value was 7.69 umol/L, while the 10th and the 20th were 8.30 umol/L and 10.28 umol/L, respectively. When lower limit value of the normal references was defined as 10.28 p, mol/L, the sensitivity came at 79.17%, specificity ran to 87.50%, and the coincidence achieved 85.83%. [Conclusion] 10.28 umol/L is defined as the suitable lower limit value for the normal references.
