摘要
目的:建立酸性铬蓝K分光光度法附子不同炮制品中镁的含量。方法:采用酸性铬蓝K分光光度法测定附子不同炮制品中药材及煎煮液中镁的含量和溶出率,并对该实验的实验条件进行选择。结果:附子不同炮制品中镁含量由高到低依次为:盐附子>白附片>黑顺片>生附子;附子各炮制品镁的溶出率比较接近。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于附子及其炮制品中镁含量的质量控制。
Objective:To establish acid chrome blue K spectrophotography for determining the magnesium content of Aconitum carmichaelii and its processed products.Methods:Applying acid chrome blue K spectrophotography to determine the of magnesium content and dissolution rate in crude drugs and aqueous solution of different Aconitum carmichaelii processed products,and selecting the experiment condition.Results:The sequence of magnesium content in different Aconitum carmichaelii processed products is:YanfuziBaifupianHeishunpianShengfuzi;the dissolution rate of different Aconitum carmichaelii processed products is approximal.Conclusion:This method is convenient,accurate and credible,it could be used as quality control for Aconitum carmichaelii and its processed products.
