摘要
教师错误的教育观念与行为、教师心理健康知识的缺乏以及教师自身的心理健康问题是导致师源性心理障碍的主要原因.学校心理健康教育必须首先从消除师源性心理障碍入手,从提高教师自身心理健康,转变教育观念和教育行为做起,这是学生心理健康发展的需要,也是教育规律的必然要求.
The students' psychological obstrution is mainly caused by teachers' wrong ideas and behaviors, teachers' lack in the knowledge of mental health education and teachers' psychological problems. Mental health education at school must begin with eliminating teacher-originated psychological obstruction by improving teachers' psychological health and converting teachers' education ideas, which is the requirement of students' mental health and law of education as well.
