摘要
经过多年的探索式发展,独立学院层次的高等教育和人才培养已经初具规模.独立学院层次的教育教学,始终表现出一些鲜明的特点,在坚持以教育对象为依托的教育理念的同时,必须走出传统高等教育的固有模式,对学生现状进行深入剖析,并以此为依据,研究适应时代要求和学生特点的独立学院法学专业教育教学路径.
After the development of years,the higher education and professionals training in the independent colleges has taken into shapes and the education shows certain distinctive features.While adhering to the educational philosophy of depending on education objects,the colleges should change the old-fashioned natural mode of higher education,analyzes the students＇ status quo in depth,and find a path which adapts to the times and the characteristics of the professional education.
