风险投资项目团队气氛与团队绩效关系的实证研究 被引量:6

摘要 构建了风险投资企业项目团队气氛量表和团队绩效量表,并对若干风险投资企业项目团队进行了实证。结果显示,团队气氛由领导风格、愿景目标、沟通合作、人际关系和参与保障五个维度构成;团队绩效由成员满意度、任务产出和绩效规范三个维度构成;团队气氛与团队绩效存在着正相关的关系。 The team climate scale and team performance scale for venture capital industry were designed in the paper. The statistic data of venture capital project teams was used in the study. The structure dimensionality of project team climate and team performance and their correlation were found: team climate consist of five factors——leadership style, vision, communication and cooperation, colleague relations and participative safety; team performance consist of three factors——satisfactory degree of team member, task completion and performance specifications; the relationship between team climate and team performance displayed positive correlation according to the data.
