摘要
"心理资本"是近年来学术界关心和关注的热点论题。遗憾的是,国内外有关志愿者心理资本的研究却未见报道。在理论分析和实践观察基础上所构建的志愿者心理资本与志愿行为可持续性发展机理模型显示,志愿动机在志愿者心理资本与志愿行为间起中介作用,而团队气氛在志愿者心理资本与志愿动机关系中起调节作用。这一理论模型的构建为志愿行为的可持续性发展提供了一个新的视角。在开展志愿服务活动过程中,应注重志愿者心理资本的培养和开发,以及适时调节志愿者团队气氛,致力于志愿行为的可持续发展,最终实现志愿活动的社会经济效益。
Psychological capital research is the hot topic in recent years for academia. It is a pity that there are not reported in the research of volunteers' psychological capital nowadays. The model of mechanism about volunteers' psychological capital and sustainable development of volunteering,which is built by the theoretical analysis and practical observation,and it shows that volunteer motivation is mediation in relationship between volunteers' psychological capital and volunteering; Volunteers' team climate is moderating in relationship between volunteers' psychological capital and volunteer motivation. This theoretical model building has provided a new perspective for the sustainable development of volunteering. Therefore,we should pay attention to cultivating and developing the volunteers' psychological capital,and changing the volunteers' team climate in the process of volunteer service activities. So we committed to the sustainable development of volunteering for the ultimate aim on socioeconomic performance.
