摘要
动态对等原则是奈达翻译理论中的一个经典。虽然已臻于完美,但当将其运用于文学翻译中文化意象的处理时常常会陷入一种两难的局面,那就是在读者的反应与文化的传递中无法抉择。文章试从文化意象缺失和歪曲的角度对动态对等原则在文学翻译中的应用进行尝试性的分析。
The principle of dynamic equivalence is one of the classical translation theories of Nida. Though it has almost achieved a perfect state, however, when we adopt this principle in the translation of the cultural- loaded image we often fall into a dilemma of the reader＇s effect and the purpose of the cultural transmission. So this paper will give a general and tentative analysis on this issue.
