摘要
按工程合同风险的主要表现形式、合同管理中的风险防范与合理的风险分配的顺序,深入分析了工程合同的风险管理,最后从适用性的角度提出了在具体项目合同管理中如何防范和分配风险,以促进施工企业的良性发展。
According to main manifestation of engineering contract risk, risk prevention in contract management and rational order of risk distribution, the author analyzes risk management of engineering contract, and proposes the methods to avoid and distribute risks in concrete project contract management from the angle of applicability, in order to promote well development of construction enterprise.
