摘要
建设工程由于自身特点给承包人带来许多不确定的风险,如何有效防范和控制施工合同风险,是承包人面临的紧迫问题。本文从合同管理过程分析风险的产生及规避风险的对策方面提出一些设想和建议。
Due to their own characteristic , most construction projects bring a lot of uncertain risks to the contractor. How to effectively prevent and control the construction contract risks is the urgent problems which the contractor is facing. Through the procedure of contract management. This paper propose some ideas and suggestions to analysis the creation of risks and to the way of risk avoidance.
