摘要
通过案例分析了合同计价方式不当、风险分配欠公平等问题。原因在于业主不当、得利,承包商低价竞争。提出了将房地产产品划为五类工程、分类选择计价方式、科学分配物价、变更两类风险等方法。
Case studies fotmd that owners' unjust enrichment and contractors' low-price competition caused improper pricing, unjust risk distribution and otherissues. In this paper, the real estate projects were classified into five different types and then appropriate pricing models were selected accordingly. So lutions to properly distribute risk of inflation and change of order were also presented.
