摘要
从经济学的效率观念出发,介绍了效率违约理论的内容,在分析效率违约理论成立条件的基础上,研究了效率违约制度的可行性,为更好的规制和发展效率违约提供了参考。
On base of the efficiency of economics, it introduces the contents of efficiency breach of faith, and on base of analyzing the efficiency breach of faith correct condition, it researches the feasibility of efficiency breach of faith system, and this supplies reference to constitute and develop efficiency breach of faith.
