摘要
幼儿园班级活动规则是影响幼儿社会化的重要因素之一。现有幼儿园班级活动规则因其以教师为中心、以管理为中心、以控制为中心、以说教与强化为中心的特点,导致了儿童的另一种社会化危机,即幼儿自主与创新精神的缺失。幼儿园在制定和执行规则时必须以促进幼儿精神发展为首要原则,让儿童成为规则建构的重要主体,为此教师必须提升对幼儿言行进行诠释的能力。
The action rules of class in kindergarten are the most important factors that influence the socialization of preschoolers. We can find such rules are teacher-centered, management-centered, control-centered and convincing and reinforce, which would make preschoolers lose their spirit of action and creation. The author insists that the spirit development should be the first principle when we make and carry out rules in the kindergarten. Preschoolers should be the master of rules, the rules should be in favor of preschoolers' development, and teachers should improve their willing and ability of understanding children's action.
