摘要 越来越多的证据表明,心肌细胞内钙循环异常在心力衰竭的发展中起着关键作用,而钙调控蛋白表达或活性的改变是钙循环异常的分子基础。现对钙调控蛋白在心力衰竭病理生理过程中的作用以及将它们作为心力衰竭治疗新靶点的可能性进行综述。 There is growing body of evidence concerning the altered intracellular Ca^2+ cycling that plays a key role in the development of heart failure. However,the abundance and function alterations of calcium regulatory proteins are the molecular basis of altered Ca^2+ cycling. This review focuses on the role of Ca^2+ regulatory proteins in the pathogenesis of heart failure and on the possibility of developing a new therapeutic strategy against heart failure using Ca^2+ regulatory proteins as a target.
