摘要
研究显示黄连素具有调节机体糖脂代谢的活性。该文从胰岛素分泌和胰岛素信号通路作用、葡萄糖转运及代谢、低密度脂蛋白受体、AMP激酶活性、脂肪细胞分化及脂质代谢和能量代谢等方面探讨黄连素调节糖脂代谢及其联合调节的作用机制,并就其提示的临床应用前景及面临问题进行了综述。
Berberine has been reported to modulate glucose and lipid metabolism in the body. This review was renewed its reported beneficial effect in insulin secretion and insulin signaling pathway, glucose transport and metabolism, low density lipoprotein receptor, AMP kinase activity, adipocytes differentiation, lipid and energy metabolism, and attempted to discuss the mechanisms of berberine in regulating glucose and lipid metabolism and its joint regulation, which indicated the clinical application prospects and problems of berberine.
