钠钙交换体与心肌缺血再灌注 被引量:10

摘要 钠钙交换体是一种存在于细胞膜上的Na+ Ca2 + 转运蛋白,通过调节细胞钙稳态影响心肌结构、电生理与收缩功能,心肌缺血再灌注时,钠钙交换体反向转运导致细胞钙超载,是缺血再灌注造成细胞结构损伤、心律失常和收缩功能障碍的重要机制,抑制钠钙交换体活性已经成为缺血再灌注防治的新药物靶点。
