摘要
目的建立复方水杨酸甲酯苯海拉明喷雾剂中盐酸苯海拉明的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法，HYPERSIL BDS（250mm×4．6mm，5．0μm）色谱柱，甲醇-0．05moL／LKn2PO4-三乙胺（58：42：0．2），用磷酸调节pH值为3．0为流动相，检测波长为258nm。结果盐酸苯海拉明在O．4363—1．0181mg／mL浓度范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为100．32％，RSD为1．06％。结论本方法简便、准确，可有效测定复方水杨酸甲酯苯海拉明喷雾剂中盐酸苯海拉明的含量。
Objective To establish an assay of diphenhydramine hydroehlorrde in Compound Methyl Salieylate and Diphanhydramine Spray by HPLC. Methods HPLC column was HYPERSIL BDS （250mm×4.6mm,5.0μm）, mobih phase was methanol- 0.05 mol/L Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate solution- triethylenediamine （triethyhmine adjusted PH to 3.0） （58：42：0.2） ,detection wavelength was 258 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.4363 - 1.0181 mg/mL for berberine hydroehlorrde. The average recovery was 100.32% and RSD was 1.06 %. Conclusion The method was simple, rapid, accurate and reliable.
