摘要
目的 采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定气喘片中氨茶碱、盐酸麻黄碱、苯巴比妥和盐酸苯海拉明的含量。方法 用LichrosorbC18为色谱柱填料 ,以 0 .2 %的三乙胺溶液 (用 5 0 %的磷酸调节pH值 2 .5 ) 甲醇 (5 0∶5 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 4种成分能很好分离 ;氨茶碱、盐酸麻黄碱、苯巴比妥和盐酸苯海拉明的线性范围分别为 2 0~ 30 0 μg·mL-1(r =0 .9991) ,5~ 75 μg·mL-1(r =0 .9999) ,10~ 15 0 μg·mL-1(r =0 .9999)和 5~ 75 μg·mL-1(r =0 .9997) ;平均回收率分别为 10 1.18% ,97.0 9% ,10 0 .5 0 %和 10 0 .78% ,RSD <2 % (n =5 )。结论 方法快速、方便 ,适用于该复方制剂中
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determinatrion of the four constituents in antiasthma tablets by RP HPLC:aminophylline,ephedrine hydrochloride,phenobarbital and diphenhydramine hydrochloride.METHODS Lichrosorb C 18 column was used.The mobile phase was 0.2% triethylamine adjusted to pH 2.5 with 50% phosphoric acid methanol(50∶50).The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm.RESULTS The four constituents had good resolution.The liner range of aminophylline,eyhedrine hydrochloride,phenobarbital and diphenhydramin hydrochloride were 20~300 μg·mL -1 ,5~75 μg·mL -1 ,10~150 μg·mL -1 and 5~75 μg·mL -1 with the correlation coefficients 0.9991,0.9999,0.9999 and 0.9997,respectively.The average recoveries were 101.18%,97.09%,100.50% and 100.78% respectively with RSD <2%( n =5).CONCLUSION This method was simple and fast,and suitable for the determination of the four constituents in compound tablets.
